Very Helpful

I have tried them once it was very helpful to keep legs together in bhs! I use them for my youth athletes and for them they Are perfect cause they don't yet have so good muscle to keep legs together 🙌🏼😇

These are absolutely brilliant- we have used on the bars to keep ankles together and for tumbles! Highly recommend to get those ankles in a habit of staying together!
